Penguins Recall Four Players from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 🏒
The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forwards Anthony Angello, Kasper Bjorkqvist, Drew O'Connor and defenseman Pierre-Olivier Joseph from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.
Angello, 25, suited up for 19 games with Pittsburgh, registering four points (2G-2A) and was plus-4. He also appeared in 12 games for WBS, whose season concluded on Sunday, notching six goals, four assists and 10 points. The Albany, New York native has 27 games of NHL experience, where he's recorded five points (3G-2A).
